Q. Does Renotherm meet Building Regulations?
A. Yes, Renotherm is approved by the British Board of Agrement for:
a) pitched and flat timber roof constructions
b) timber frame walls
c) timber and concrete ground-floor constructions
Q. Is Renotherm approved by NHBC and Zurich Building Guarantee?
A. Yes, but you need to advise them of each particular installation
Q. Do Renotherm help with U Value, condensation risk and SAP calculations?
A. Yes, our technical department can provide calculations for each individual project
Q. How does the cost of applying Renotherm to new build compare with fitting insulation boards?
A. Renotherm is much quicker to install and cuts out all air leakage. When all the labour and on-site overhead costs are taken into account Renotherm can work out to be cheaper than fitting boards.
