Loose slates or tiles?
Many people ask us to upgrade their roofs before they get to the re-roof stage. For example, you may have suffered storm damage and need tiles or slates replacing; battens may become rotten in places or you may have no roofing felt or insulation.
Renotherm Solution
Renotherm stabilises the roof, bonding the slates or tiles together and to the structural and supporting timbers, eliminating the need for a re-roof. Prior to this, any loss or damaged areas will have been restored by our technicians so that your roof retains its original character.
Unlike a conventional re-roof, Renotherm effectively insulates your loft, keeping the loft void warmer and preventing condensation build-up which occurs when you increase insulation at ceiling level. The warmer, drier, cleaner roof space eliminates the risk of pipes and tanks freezing.
No Underfelt; Windy, Wet and Dusty Loft?
