Age takes it’s toll on a roof and as the nails and slates or tiles degrade, it becomes progressively less able to withstand water penetration and storm damage. At some point you may be faced with the unpleasant prospect of a re-roof – often disruptive, time consuming and very expensive. Renotherm can help.
Sprayed directly to the underside of the tiles or slates, Renotherm replaces the underfelt, stabilises the roof and effectively bonds tiles or slates to the supporting timbers. This eliminates the need for a re-roof and provides a clean, dry and draft-free loft space for a fraction of the cost of re-roofing. Any lost or damaged areas will also be fully repaired by our qualified technicians prior to application of Renotherm.
